This is our open component that you can embed in your own web application pages. You would use this plug-in to add direct claim payout functionality to your established claim payout authorisation rail. It works in very much the same way as a standard ecommerce payment page – the only difference being, that customers input their debit or credit card details in order to receive the claim payment onto their chosen card, rather than to purchase something.

Your system does not store the card details locally, but the end-user experience is one of a seamless, branded extension of your own application. Success or failure responses are passed back to your application as a variable, allowing your developers to hook in for any workflows, such as file closure or a re-try of the process.

If your business does not require a direct integration with your claims management system or it is a legacy system that does not support JSON/browser-based iFrame methods, we can host the full Claimant-facing claim payout platform. A self-service portal that is branded to your specification, designed to be an extension of your website and corporate style. This engenders trust, which is particulaly important where we are asking Claimants to share their confidential card details to initiate the claim payout. The high level process is shown below:

  • Send the details of claims to be settled (either individually or as a batch) via our API, or as a batch file in JSON, CSV or XML format, via our Secure File Transfer (SFTP) environment.
  • After passing extensive KYC checks, emails (or SMS messages) are sent to Claimants with details of how to collect the claim payout. This takes the form of an instructional overview and a link to your dedicated URL endpoint.
  • Claimants login to the branded payout platform to process the payment direct to their debit or credit card. This secure system incorporates two-factor authentication (2FA) and other fraud protection/monitoring measures.

CONFIGURATION

Before you commit to a contract, a fully working prototype will be created that can be extensively tested. Links to your claim management system or back-office systems will be put in place to ensure that all required claim payout scenarios are accommodated.

DELIVERY

Once the prototype has been accepted by the business, security pen testing will be conducted and any required SSL certificates will be procured. Once a launch date has been selected, the official handover will take place, with xetlin fulfilling the ongoing support function, on behalf of your company.

is charged on a purely transactional basis, with no setup costs. The processing fee is typically a small percentage of the individual transaction amount, added to the claim amount being paid. 1st and 3rd party Claimants are never charged for the service - they receive the full claim amount. The fee percentage is determined by the average transaction values and your total claim payout volumes with xetlin.

Due to the extensive branding works undertaken on behalf of your company, if your business also takes our self-service claim settlement platform, there is an additional onboarding fee that is set at GBP9,000 + Vat (or USD/EUR equivalent).

As a global payment service provider (PSP), Trust Payments and xetlin technology is engineered to be High Availability, achieving Five Nines (99.999%) levels of performance. In the unlikely event of there being an issue, a 24/7 support desk is always contactable for swift resolution.

There is a set of established rules to protect customer card data. It is called the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), and it is governed by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC). PCI Compliance Level 1, as in the case of Trust Payments, is required whenever annual Mastercard or Visa transaction volumes are greater than 6 million.
